Our priority at MassHire Frankling Hampshire Workforce Board is to help local industry thrive. We keep our finger on the pulse of businesses in the region and are doing our best to address known industry-specific problems and help fill education and employment gaps.

Manufacturing is an extremely important industry with a rich selection of jobs in our rural area. There is strong demand currently for motivated workers ready to learn new skills in both entry level positions and in jobs with more advanced skill requirements.
